With Direct Primary Care members able to reach Allana by message, email or phone between visits, ongoing care doesn’t always mean another trip to the office.

The drive
About 8 minutes, 4 miles. From Deerfield, Google Maps usually routes north on Waukegan Road (Route 43) straight to Everett Road.
Drive times are from Google Maps and vary with traffic.
By train. Deerfield and Lake Forest are both on Metra’s Milwaukee District North Line, and the Lake Forest stop is within walking distance of our office. Just use the crosswalks at Everett and Waukegan roads.
Parking & entrance
We share a building with the Lake Forest Acute Care Center: 1025 W. Everett Road, Suite 2, at the corner of Everett and Waukegan roads, across from St. Patrick Catholic Church and near the Lake Forest Metra station on the Milwaukee District North Line. Parking is available in front of and behind the building, with extra parking past the back fence. The main entrance is on Everett Road, and there is a back entrance off Waukegan Road (Route 43). Suite 2 is on the lower level, reachable by stairs or elevator, and signs at each entrance point the way. Our doors are right in front of you as you step off the elevator.

Deerfield has neighborhood parks and paths throughout town, and some of the area’s best nature trails are just west, along the Des Plaines River Trail and at Ryerson Woods in Riverwoods.
