Personalized Care for Libertyville
A Short Drive East Across Lake County
Libertyville patients make the short drive to Lake Forest Regenesis for care that starts with time: a full conversation about symptoms, history and goals before anything is decided.
At Lake Forest Regenesis, your first appointment is 90 minutes long and led by Allana Bush, FNP-C. That time covers your health history, current medications and what you want to change, plus your lab draw. Your follow-up visit is where results and options come together into a plan.
Because labs are drawn right in our office at the first visit, there’s no separate trip to a lab before your follow-up.

A Personal Message From Your Provider
A Plan Built Around Your Labs, Your Goals and Your Life
“If you have already tried hard on your own, whether that means eating less, exercising more or pushing through fatigue, and still feel stuck, you are not alone.
My job is to look at the whole picture with you: your history, your labs, your medications and your daily routine. From there, we build a plan that makes sense for you, whether that includes hormone care, medical weight loss or ongoing primary care.
You should understand every step and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. When you are ready, start with a conversation. We are about 15 minutes away.”
