Care Close to Home
Serving the North Shore & Lake County
Lake Forest Regenesis is a medical clinic in Lake Forest, led by Allana Bush, FNP-C. Patients come to us from across the North Shore and Lake County for care that takes time: a 90-minute first visit, labs drawn in the office, and a plan built around their health history and goals.
We’re located at 1025 W. Everett Road, Suite 2, in the same building as the Lake Forest Acute Care Center, at the corner of Everett and Waukegan roads. Look for us across from St. Patrick Catholic Church, near the Lake Forest Metra station on the Milwaukee District North Line, with easy access from Route 41 and I-94. Parking is available in front of and behind the building, with extra parking past the back fence. Suite 2 is on the lower level, reachable by stairs or elevator, and signs at each entrance point the way. Our doors are right in front of you as you step off the elevator.
