Your Neighbor in Lake Forest
For Lake Bluff residents, Lake Forest Regenesis is about as close as it gets: a quick trip south to a clinic where appointments aren’t rushed and the same provider gets to know you over time.
New patients start with a 90-minute visit with Allana Bush, FNP-C. You’ll talk through symptoms, history and goals, and your labs are drawn before you leave. When results are in, a second visit walks through what they show and what your options are, from hormone care and weight loss to primary care through our Direct Primary Care membership.
As members of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce, we’re part of the same community, and our Saturday morning hours make it easier to fit a visit around the week.

Staying Active in Lake Bluff
Local Places to Walk, Bike & Get Outside
Lake Bluff is a great town for getting outside. Sunrise Beach sits right on the lake, the Robert McClory Bike Path runs north and south through the village, and the North Shore Bike Path heads west toward Libertyville and Mundelein.
If leaking when you run, jump or laugh is keeping you off the path, you are not alone. Stress incontinence is very common, especially after childbirth and around menopause, and it often improves with pelvic floor training and other treatments, including Emsella pelvic floor therapy when appropriate.
