Finding us
We share a building with the Lake Forest Acute Care Center at 1025 W. Everett Road, Suite 2, on the corner of Everett and Waukegan roads. We’re across from St. Patrick Catholic Church, a short walk from the Lake Forest Metra station on the Milwaukee District North Line.

Friday 8am–6pm · Saturday 9am–1pm
Parking & entrance
Parking is available in front of and behind the building, with extra parking past the back fence. The main entrance is on Everett Road, and there is a back entrance off Waukegan Road (Route 43).
Suite 2 is on the lower level, reachable by stairs or elevator, and signs at each entrance point the way. Our doors are right in front of you as you step off the elevator.
