Personalized Care for Winnetka
About 19 Minutes Up Route 41
Winnetka patients come to Lake Forest Regenesis for care that takes the time to connect symptoms, labs and goals, and for a provider who stays with them over time.
Every new patient begins with a 90-minute first visit with Allana Bush, FNP-C, with labs drawn in the office. The follow-up visit focuses on your results and your options, so you leave with a clear plan.
After your plan is in place, many follow-up questions can be handled between visits, so the drive is saved for the appointments that need it.

Will I need to come in often?
It depends on your plan. Some treatments need regular check-ins and labs, and Allana will explain the schedule before you start. Direct Primary Care members can also reach her by message or phone between visits.
What if my symptoms don’t match my lab results?
That’s a common frustration. Allana looks at symptoms, history and labs together rather than one number in isolation. Our article When Symptoms and Lab Results Don’t Match explains why this happens.

A Personal Message From Your Provider
Your Symptoms Deserve a Real Conversation
“If you have been told your labs are “normal” but you still feel tired, foggy or not like yourself, I take that seriously.
Lab results are an important piece of information, but they are not the whole story. Together, we look at your symptoms, history, sleep, stress and timing of tests to understand what may be going on and what options make sense.
You do not need to come in often to get thoughtful care, and I will always explain my reasoning. Reach out when you are ready. I look forward to talking with you.”
