Appointments and Booking
Submitting a booking request through this website does not confirm an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when our office contacts you to confirm the date and time.
All services are provided in person and only after an appropriate medical evaluation. Your provider decides whether a treatment is suitable for you.
Payment
Lake Forest Regenesis does not bill insurance. Services are self-pay, and payment options are explained when you book.
